The Bluewater Athletic Association is the first of 3, sometimes 4, steps toward the ultimate in the province, the OFSAA Championships.
The connection from Bluewater to OFSAA, or from OFSAA to Bluewater take your pick, is maintained by the Colin Hood Award.
Named for retired OFSAA Executive Director Colin Hood, the award is given out annually by OFSAA to a graduating male, a graduating female, and a coach from every school in the province who, throughout their high school career, have been committed to the success of school sport at their school and within their association.
The 2020 Colin Hood Award winners from Peninsula Shores District School are;
Reese Wilkins, Sam Myles & Coach Brian Furgal.
Congratulations to the Phoenix Athletic Award winners at Peninsula Shores District School.
I'm Fred Wallace
