Community Events Submission
To submit your event, fill out the following form as completely and accurately as possible. Please note:
- Events that are added to this calendar must be community or charitable events ONLY. If your event will promote a business or other for-profit initiative, please contact our Sales and Marketing Department to find out more about how we can help you promote your event!
- Approved events will be posted to the Community Events calendar on the Bayshore Broadcasting, 560 CFOS, Mix 106.5, and Country 93 websites, unless specifically requested otherwise.
- We usually do not edit submissions for spelling, grammar, or formatting before approving them. Please double check the information you’ve entered before submitting the form.
- If your event runs for more than 4 days (such as an awareness month), please limit the date range to a shorter period. Events that are posted for longer than 4 days may be edited or deleted.
- If your event occurs in different locations over multiple, separate dates (such as a stage performance), please submit each occasion separately. If you submit the entire date range, your submission may be edited or deleted.
- Submissions must be approved by our staff before they are posted to the calendar. Please allow 1 week for us to review and approve your submission.
