A change of command coming to the Central Area Training Centre in Meaford.
Commanding Officer Lieutenant Colonel Robert Kearney has been reassigned.
He’ll be taking up a new position with the Joint Task Force Central Headquarters in Toronto overseeing all operations for the Canadian Forces in Ontario.
Kearney will relinquish his command in Meaford on June 11th.
He’s been the C/O at the training centre for the past two years.
Taking over will be Lieutenant Colonel Darryl Mills.
