Barrie Police had their hands full with a man who refused to leave a Cundles Road West convenience store. Staff at the store asked him to leave around 11:30pm last night…he refused. When police arrived to tell him to leave, he again refused. Barrie police then had to forcibly remove him – and he resisted. So his exit was with a police escort.
A 26 year old now faces trespass charges and a criminal charge of resist a peace officer. He was held in custody for the night and had a bail hearing today (Tuesday January 14)
