The Owen Sound River District is accepting applications to join its Board of Management.
The board is comprised of members elected to represent the interests of the River District and aims to maintain and develop the community through policies, programs and resources.
Some of these include enhancing River District maintenance through cleaning and weeding, promoting though events and branding, and networking with community members.
People interested in joining the board must send an application by Dec. 12, which are available on the city website here or at City Hall.
The term of the board will run until Nov. 14, 2026.
