The Town of Wasaga Beach has chosen a new partner for the beachfront’s redevelopment.
Mayor Brian Smith says in a news release received today that Stonebridge Building Group will work with the town and Sunray Group of Hotels to, as he put it “reinvent the downtown commercial area and the beachfront”. He added Stonebridge understands the overall desired vision and significance to full-time residents.
The request for proposal was awarded today.
