The Town of Saugeen Shores says in an update, an ammonia leak at the Southampton Coliseum has been resolved.
They say a technician has attended the site, and as of late Tuesday afternoon, repairs were underway and measures were being taken to prevent a recurrence.
According to the Town, the parking barricades have been removed, and normal operation of the Coliseum is expected to resume.
They say, “Please be advised there is no indication that at any time levels were high enough to affect public health.”
Earlier today, the Town said there was a leak at the Coliseum, which is the arena in town.
