The Municipality of Kincardine celebrated the completion of a new subdivision recently.
On Friday, November 1st, council attended the ribbon cutting for the residential subdivision off Golf Links Road.
The development features 33 residential units, including single-family, semi-detached, and townhomes on the grounds of the Kincardine Golf and Country Club.
On Sunday, November 3, Keith and Linda Battler from the Lindston Group held an open house event at one of the new units, 60 Mercedes Drive.
For every attendee over the age of 21, the hosts are going to donate $100 to the Kincardine Community and Health Care Foundation’s current fundraising initiative, called Building Healthcare for Generations.
In a media release from the Municipality, Mayor Kenneth Craig says “As the Municipality of Kincardine and Bruce Power continue to attract more investments and jobs, it’s important that we have an adequate supply and variety of housing options to meet growing demand.”
