A four-month fraud investigation has resulted in an arrest, and more than 20 charges against a Hanover woman.
Hanover Police say officers executed a search warrant and then arrested and charged a 33-year-old local woman Wednesday on 23 fraud related offences.
Police also seized several electronic devices.
The accused wasn’t identified by police. She is charged with nine counts of forgery, eight counts of attempted fraud under $5,000 and other offences.
Hanover Police say an investigation started in June, after a victim reported having his or her personal information used in multiple fraudulent attempts to obtain credit cards.
