Grey Bruce OPP say they’ve ticketed a driver in Georgian Bluffs for doing more than double the speed limit.
Police say, the driver was clocked doing 177km/h in an 80 zone on Grey Road 18.
They note, “Thankfully the Grey Bruce OPP were able to stop this 17 year old driver from Orangeville before a crash occurred.”
Police say the driver will now be walking for the next 30 days and have their vehicle impounded for 14 days.
