The OPP are looking for tips after part of the Bruce County Rail Trail in Kincardine was vandalized.
South Bruce OPP say sometime over the last several weeks, the rail trail system was entered off Bruce Road 33 and unknown perpetrators damaged it by cutting a gate and trees, as well as taking signage.
Police peg the cost of repairs at around $4,000.
The trail system is maintained by volunteers from the Huron Shores ATV club.
Anyone with information that could help the investigation is asked to call the OPP or Crime Stoppers (1-800-222-8477).
