Police say they have arrested and charged a third person with first-degree murder in connection to the homicide of a teenager at a 6th Avenue West Apartment complex.
On July 11th, just after 1 a.m., police responded to a shooting at the apartment where they found 17-year-old Robert McIntosh who was from the GTA dead.
Investigators believe it was a targeted shooting.
Grey Bruce OPP say police have charged a 17 year-old from Brampton with first degree murder. They did not release the name of the accused. The Youth Criminal Justice Act bans publishing the name of an accused person under 18 years of age.
Back on July 12th, police arrested and charged 34 year old Dustin Noonan of Owen Sound, with First-Degree Murder, as well as 25-year-old Donte’a Ryan Mitchell of North York.
The investigation is ongoing under the direction of the CIB and involves members of the OSPS, OSPS Crime Unit, OPP West Region Crime Prevention and Investigations, OSPS and OPP Forensic Identification Services (FIS), the OPP Regional Support Team (RST), in conjunction with the Office of the Chief Coroner for Ontario and Ontario Forensic Pathology Service.
