A fire at service center on County Road 27 in Elmvale Tuesday evening caused about 200 thousand dollars damage, but there were no injuries. Springwater fire fighters were called just before 7 p-m and were able to bring the fire under control quickly.
An tower truck was also summoned from Wasaga Beach to assist.
Investigators believe some welding that had been done on a vehicle inside the garage caused the blaze.
