A 70-year-old woman has died while wading in the water at Wasaga Beach.
According to CTV News Barrie, police say the woman suffered a medical issue yesterday morning, when she was off Beach Area 6 and Good Samaritans pulled her from the water.
Paramedics attempted to save the woman’s life, but she was pronounced dead at the scene.
The victim’s name has yet to be released.
