Bruce-Grey-Owen Sound now has an NDP candidate in the federal election.
The NDP riding association says School teacher Christopher Neudorf is their candidate.
Neudorf’s campaign Facebook page says he moved to Bruce-Grey-Owen Sound in 2016, after spending a good part of each summer in the area as a child.
He has worked as a teacher with the Bluewater School Board since 2017.
Neudorf intends to run against Conservative Incumbent MP Alex Ruff, Liberal Party candidate Anne Marie Watson, Green Party Candidate Michelle Lawrence, Anna-Marie Fosbrooke for the People’s Party, Libertarian Dan Little and Independent Reima Kaikkonen.
Ruff is the only candidate who has been officially confirmed by Elections Canada so far.
Advanced voting takes place from September 10th to 13th and election day is September 20th.
