Grey Highlands is extending the deadline for the proposed Beaver Valley Village subdivision draft plan.
Council approved granting a three year extension to May, 2028 during its meeting on March 18.
Grey County is the approval body for developments and the initial approval date for the draft plan lapsed in 2016. The approval date lapsed two more times in 2018 and 2020, with the third approval date coming up in May.
In response, the project applicant has requested another extension of three years to meet approval conditions.
