South Bruce OPP say a youth is facing charges following a break and enter in Kincardine.
Police say on Jan. 11 around 12:52 a.m., officers responded to a report of a break and enter at a business along Queen Street.
One person was located a short distance away and was taken into custody.
As a result, a 14-year-old from Kincardine was charged with two counts of breaking and entering, theft under $5,000, possession of stolen property under $5,000, and two counts of mischief under $5,000.
The youth’s identity is protected under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
The accused is set to appear in court in Walkerton at a later date.
