South Bruce OPP is going to be out in the community next weekend collecting food and toy donations for people in need this holiday season.
Police say officers will be setting up on Dec. 14 at the Chesley grocery store at 30 1st Avenue South from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., and at the Canadian Tire at 811 Durham Street in Kincardine from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Police will be looking for non-perishable food items and there will also be pre-prepared donation bags available at the grocery store.
“All donations will go to local families in need, we look forward to seeing you,” says South Bruce OPP.
