Owen Sound’s winter parking restrictions are now in effect.
As of yesterday (Dec. 1), parking is not allowed all city streets between 1 a.m. and 7 a.m. until March 31, 2025.
The seasonal overnight parking rule in Owen Sound is to allow for snow removal.
There are overnight parking passes that can be purchased from city hall or the transit terminal, to be able to park in municipal lots 5 and 9 on 3rd and 1st Avenues East downtown.
