Orillia OPP responded to a collision in Sever Township on Friday and their investigation led to an impaired charge in which the driver blew 3 times the legal limit. The 43 year old, from Uxbridge had an 11 year old in the car.
Police say it happened on Coopers Falls Road around 5:30pm. The vehicle had left the road and was in the ditch.
Thankfully, there were no injuries.
