Northern Bruce Peninsula is going to consider awarding a $348,000 contract to replace a couple docks in the Lion’s Head harbour.
The tender is being recommended to go to Kroph Industrial Inc. to replace the docks, with one including seven slips with serviced hydro for 30-foot boats.
This would rake in over $13,000 in revenue.
This comes after council met on Oct. 15 and approved the replacement of another dock in the Lion’s Head harbour.
A report from Parks and Facilities Manager Mark Coleman says the life span of the new docks is 25 years.
Council will consider awarding the contract during its meeting on Nov. 12 at 1 p.m.
