The Huron County Museum and Cultural Committee has big plans for 2025.
County Council accepted a report from Director Beth Rumble, who says that next year will be full of art classes, exhibits and events featuring artists from underrepresented parts of the community, and a celebration for the 50th anniversary of the county’s Historic Gaol being named a historical site are all coming up.
Rumble also says that they’re also looking forward to the 2025 Multicultural Festival.
The museum is also looking at options to expand storage based on current and future needs.
The report was provided ahead of upcoming budget discussions.
