Grey Bruce OPP say Grey Road 5 near Kilsyth has reopened between Sideroad 5 and Sideroad 7 near Mennonite Corners.
Grey Bruce OPP say they were called at 12:10 this afternoon to what they describe as a workplace incident.
Inter Township Firefighters and Grey County EMS also responded.
OPP said there was no threat to public safety.
In a late afternoon update, OPP said the Ministry of Labour would be taking over the investigation. OPP did not say if there was a fatality or any injuries.
Emergency responders appeared to be in the area of a number of grain elevators, and the OPP say investigators may still be at the scene for a while.
