County officials say a twenty unit apartment building on Sanders Street in Exeter, is set to be completed and ready for occupancy in late 2024.
The Exeter residences will be in a two-storey apartment building, with one bedroom per unit.
The total cost of the project is approximately $7.47 million.
The apartment building will feature multiple barrier-free units, including 5′ turning radiuses, roll under sinks, pull-down shelves, and flush balcony thresholds.
This follows the unveiling of a pair of affordable housing units in Goderich, totaling over $22 million.
