Get ready for a night of laughter and amazement at the Orillia Opera House this October.
Jason Cyrus, dubbed “Canada’s Stage Hypnosis King,” is set to perform live at the historic venue on October 17. With a unique blend of hypnosis, humor, and entertainment, Jason’s shows have captivated audiences across the country.
Born in the small coal mining village of Minto, New Brunswick, Jason is the son of country music legend Joey Knight. A former AAA hockey player with numerous accolades, including Most Valuable Player, Jason’s journey took an exciting turn as he fostered a passion for magic and hypnosis. Today, he is known for his high-energy performances that have made him a sought-after entertainer in major venues across Canada.
Jason’s performances are not just about entertainment; they are a thrilling exploration of the mind. As a certified clinical hypnotherapist and a Neuro Change Practitioner, Jason employs the principles of hypnosis, imagination, and visualization to help individuals reach their true potential. His work with athletes and organizations has garnered him a reputation as one of the top mental performance coaches in the industry.
This performance is a welcome return for the hypnotist, having previously taken the Opera House stage in 2017 to rave reviews. “Jason Cyrus is an exciting addition to the OOH’s lineup this year. Highly reviewed, he brings a uniquely charming and skillful performance that we know our audiences will love,” said Theatre Manager Emily Martin. “This will be a great show to kick off the spooky season!”
