One person has died in a drowning at Sauble Beach.
Emergency services responded to a report of two people in distress while swimming in the water near the beach around 3:45 p.m. Tuesday afternoon.
The OPP say one person was brought safely to shore. A second individual was also brought in from the water and police say lifesaving measures were performed, but they weren’t successful.
