Collingwood OPP is investigating a fatal collision that happened on Grey Road 19 south of 6th Line in the Town of the Blue Mountains.
Police were called to the scene of the crash just before 10:30 Friday night.
The vehicle was found in the ditch, and the driver was pronounced dead at the scene.
