Caledon OPP has charged an Orangeville man with impaired driving-related offenses after a call from a concerned driver.
Just after 1 a.m. yesterday, police found the vehicle in question on Highway 9 near The Gore Road, and found that the driver was impaired by alcohol, and subsequently arrested.
The 58-year-old man from Orangeville is charged with operation while impaired after testing more than three times the legal limit.
His licence has been suspended for 90 days, and his vehicle was impounded for seven days. He’s expected in court in March.
