Kincardine Municipal Council has awarded the tender for a few improvement projects for both the Davidson Centre and the Tiverton Sports Centre.
The first contract they awarded was to Short Cooling Solutions to replace the dehumidifier systems in both rec centres.
The company put in a quoted bid of $170,890 to complete the work.
Council also approved the tender for a new roof for the Davidson Centre.
That contract has been awarded to Grand Valley Roofing and Coating and is estimated to cost $208,236.
