The United Way of Bruce Grey is continuing its celebration of 25 years servicing the community by offering a World Penguin Day Colouring Draw.
Running throughout the month, this event is part of the celebrations the United Way is holding on the 25 of every month, which Fundraising Champion Kristy Andre says falls on World Penguin Day this month.
“The idea of this is a penguin colouring sheet that you can go to your local library, there are 28 local libraries in this area that are participating in this draw, and you could win a wheelie bag full of colouring supplies and just have fun,” says Andre.
People can participate by visiting the Owen Sound and North Grey Union Public Library, the Bruce County Public Library branches, Meaford Public Library, Hanover Public Library, West Grey Public Library branches, the Grey Highlands Public Library branches, and the Blue Mountains Public Library.
Andre says the draw date for the prize will be May 1.
