South Bruce OPP say today marks 10 years since a 49-year-old was last seen in Kincardine.
Police say Joseph Patrick Moore was last seen around Jean’s Family Restaurant along Sutton Street in the municipality.
Moore is described as 5’6″, 129 pounds, slim build, short brown and grey hair, hazel eyes, and wears glasses.
OPP say investigators are continuing to search for Moore.
Please Bring Me Home, a group which assists in soliciting tips for cold cases for missing people across Canada, say about a year after Moore went missing, a black coat washed up just north of Boiler Beach at the end of Bruce Avenue. They say Moore’s family confirmed the coat matched the one he wore.
