The Los Angeles Kings of the National Hockey League have signed defenceman Sean Durzi to a 2-year contract extension.
Durzi had 3 goals and 27 points in 64 games last season as a rookie with the Kings.
With the Attack from 2015 until the trade deadline in 2019 when he was dealt to Guelph Durzi accumulated 120 points including 30 goals with Owen Sound

Jones Joins Griffins Hall of Fame
Owen Sound native Adam Jones will be inducted into the Canisius College Sports Hall of Fame tomorrow.
Jones who was the first Canisius College men’s lacrosse player to earn All-American distinction scored 98 goals in 4 seasons with the Griffins
Previously Jones had been a star player in Owen Sound Minor Lacrosse and with the Junior B Rams and briefly with the Woodsmen in 2007.
In box lacrosse, Jones was also selected 3rd overall by the Colorado Mammoth in the 2011 National Lacrosse League Entry Draft and was the 2012 NLL Rookie of the Year.
