Those who run short term rentals, like Airbnb, in Tiny Township are going to have to register and license their places.
The township has enacted a by-law to manage short term rentals.
Among other things it limits rentals to 92 days a year.
Licensees can only be individuals, not a corporation, and those renting out properties have to abide by a code of conduct and designate someone to respond to problems within 60 minutes.
Licence applications will be received by the Township between October 4 and November 15.
