Pride Month starts Wednesday and communities throughout Grey Bruce are holding a number of events to recognize the 2SLGBTQ+ community.
Grey Bruce Pride will raise their flag at Owen Sound City Hall at 9 in the morning on Wednesday, June 1st.
There will be several events throughout Kincardine for Pride Month including flag raisings at the Kincardine Library at 10 a.m., the Davidson Centre at 11a.m., and the Tiverton Fire Hall at 6 p.m. The Pride Parade is June 25, and there will also be two Rainbow Diversity Training workshops in June.
The Town of Saugeen Shores is raising the rainbow flag tomorrow at 10 a.m. outside the Nuclear Innovation Institute.
The Bruce County Museum and Cultural Centre is holding an event Friday, June 3 from 7-9 for its Pride Month Equality Presentation, featuring a panel of local guest speakers.
