The Bruce County Public Library is seeking input from residents for its new strategic plan.
A release notes, to assist with the development of the library strategic plan for the next few years, the library would like to hear input from users and non-users of all ages to help determine the focus of the facility.
With all 17 branches throughout Bruce County, the mission for the library is to provide information, knowledge and entertainment resources.
Public focus groups will be planned for July 22 and 24 to give a chance for residents to contribute in-depth comments.
Library Director Brooke McLean says, “our library branches are essential community resources. Library staff are engaging with our communities to hear what our residents have to say about all aspects of library service. We understand the importance of their feedbacks in guiding our future.”
Everyone is invited to complete a survey found on the library’s website with physical copies available at each of the branches. The results will be reported to the library board and used to shape the new strategic plan.
