The town of Wasaga Beach is investing in a new transit bus.
Council approved the purchase of just over 100-thousand dollars from Overland Custom Coach Inc.
The town currently owns four transit vehicles, which rotate amongst two designated routes.
The vehicles normally have a service life of four years before they are retired.
The new bus will replace an existing vehicle at the end of its lifespan – purchased in 2015 and now with 497,000 kilometres on it.
