A local bike shop is helping you take part in a safe activity while supporting Huron County’s most popular trail.
Goderich Bike Shop has partnered with Blyth Studio Suites for a fundraiser for the Guelph To Goderich (G2G) Rail Trail.
In lieu of rental fees, Brendan Sowerby of the Goderich Bike Shop says fat bike rentals can be made with a donation to G2G.
Fat bikes are popular among trail enthusiasts during winter months.
The 127 kilometre G2G trail connects the Lake Huron shoreline to the Highway 401 corridor, and trail officials conducted a massive resurfacing of the former rail bed in 2020.
Reservations can be made through the Goderich Bike Shop, and rentals can be picked up at Blyth Studio Suites.
The fundraiser runs until March 30th.
