Hi, this is Fred Wallace with " Off the Wire ".
What a week, the weather has been extreme and the Owen Sound Attack have been extremely all over the sports news.
The Attack are back in action tonight playing the backend of their home & home against the Rangers, this time at Kitchener.
Forget the 7-4 final on Wednesday, the result was far more lopsided in favor of Kitchener and the Attack need to better in almost every regard tonight and going forward.
The Knights of Meaford were snowed out at home last night against the Bradford Bulls
The game will be made up on Saturday February 16th in Meaford.
The Ontario Curling Championships continue at Elmira.
Julie Tippin of Owen Sound is skipping for Woodstock and she plays twice hoping to land a spot in the playoff round.
Meanwhile, the weather wiped out the Brokerlink Insurance Grey Bruce Major Curling League Playoffs at Owen Sound Blue Water on Wednesday night
Those games will be made up Wednesday at Blue Water followed by the Quarterfinals February 13th at Tara and the semifinal & Championship Games February 17th at Chesley
Finally, it's Super Bowl Weekend. I heard our coop student Spencer took New England. Just for the sake of conversation, I'll take the Rams.
Have a great weekend
I'm Fred Wallace
